How Does the PostPro SF2X Work?
The PostPro SF2X utilizes a closed-loop chemical vapor process driven by PostPro AI algorithms to treat surface layers gently and precisely:
- Load Batch: Arrange your raw 3D printed polymer parts into the 26.4L chamber.
- Automated Vapor Exposure: The system vaporizes PostPro Pure agent, which condenses evenly across part surfaces to liquefy and fuse surface polymers without causing feature loss or dimensional shift.
- Recovery & Drying: Remaining agent is evacuated, recycled, and returned to storage in a sealed environment, eliminating fumes and operator chemical exposure.
- Unload: Finished, sealed components are ready to use directly out of the chamber within 1.5 to 2 hours.
