Formlabs Form Wash (2nd Generation)

Form Wash (2nd Gen) expertly cleanses printed components using IPA or other solvents, ensuring a thorough and efficient process. Maintain components on the Build Platform during the transition from the printer to the Form Wash, or detach and set them in the included wash basket. The device uses a robust impeller to agitate the parts in the solvent, reaching every crevice for a spotless finish. The wash cycle is automated to run for the optimal duration. Once the cleaning cycle is complete, Form Wash automatically lifts the components from the IPA, allowing them to air dry.

Formlabs Form Wash (2nd Generation)

Default Title

A Consistent, Automated Workflow

Form Wash automatically cleans printed parts thoroughly and efficiently with IPA or alternative solvents. Keep parts directly on the Build Platform as you transition them from the printer to Form Wash, or remove parts and place them in the wash basket.

Set and Forget

Parts are precisely and thoroughly agitated in solvent with an impeller, getting every nook and cranny perfectly clean, automatically for the appropriate time. When washing completes, the Form Wash automatically raises parts out of the IPA so they can air dry.

Flexible Configuration

With adjustable platform mounts the Form Wash (2nd Gen) accommodates build platforms from the Form 4/4B, Form 3/3B and Form 2. The height of the mounts can also be adjusted so the user has more control over solvent volumes.
