Welcome to the Thinglab Loyalty Program 

We have changed the way our Loyalty Program works. If you are looking to redeem your loyalty points when making an purchase please follow these simple steps. 

1. Log in to your account
2. Select your items and place them in the shopping cart
3. View your cart
   (NOTE: this is the important step.
   Skipping to the Checkout will by pass the points system)
4. Look for the Loyalty Points area in the right column on the Cart page
5. Enter the number of points to redeem and press the Apply Points button
   (NOTE: there are limitations when redeeming your points
   The order must be above $10
   A maximum of 50% of the purchase may be made up with your Loyalty Points.)
6. Click Proceed To Checkout to apply the points to the purchase
7. Follow the shipping method and payment method to complete the purchase.
